HEALTH & FITNESS

Since I was 16, my passion for health and human performance has driven me. Today, my routine includes:

  • Daily cold plunges (3-5 minutes at 39°F)

  • Daily saunas (20 minutes at 180-210°F)

  • Strength training five times a week

  • Cardio once a week

Endurance

In March 2020, I embraced running as a new challenge. Despite hating it growing up, I set an ambitious goal: finishing a 70.3 Ironman. After 8 months of rigorous training for the Oceanside, California Ironman, I learned invaluable lessons about discipline and the transformative power of persistence.

Writing

Writing has always been a part of me. In my childhood I always struggled to express my ideas, but writing has given me the freedom to pause and organize my thoughts in a meaningful way.

Self Development

This journey drives me to explore, learn, and grow every day. I thrive on challenges and seeking out new opportunities to push my limits and discover what I’m truly capable of. Whether through writing, endurance sports, or lifting my mission is to continuously evolve and share my insights with the world.

Growth

Growth to me has always been about pushing boundaries, facing challenges head-on, and constantly seeking to become a better version of myself. I aim to inspire others to embark on their own paths of growth.
